Autism Speaks is a hate group. They portray being autistic as an illness that must be cured and focus on the burden autistic children are to their parents. it's really messed up that you are highlighting them in a benevolent light. Also, applying functioning labels to anyone including autistic people is ABLEIST. And using people-first language? Yeah you can guess what that is. People don't "have" autism. People ARE autistic. Like me I'm autistic af but I don't "have" autism. But what can I expect from a website whose policy on generative AI is also ableist? This is not OK, Medium. Do better.
